Local dishes for foreign visitors

You have foreign visitors coming to Singapore and need some ideas to bring them for a taste of quality local food? Here are some local dish ideas to consider for hosting dinner and lunch for foreign visitors (see location map):

Best soup base. Would not recommend the dried one though.
